Token Reward Plan (TRP) Transfer and Terms Amendment
• Management of the Token Reward Plan to be transferred from the TRP Committee (under the Grants Association) to the Lido Labs Foundation.
• TRP terms will be amended while retaining the existing 22M LDO budget.
• No new or additional funding is requested.
Lido Ecosystem Grants Organization (LEGO) Framework Update
Proposal to update LEGO’s operating framework, including:
• Reducing the quarterly budget from $500,000 to $250,000 to better reflect actual spending.
• Implementing administrative and structural adjustments to improve efficiency.
No Aragon votes are scheduled in this cycle.
