it was my first time attending such a format irl - was interesting to observe the different creator <> designer <> builder dynamics form and how all energy was channelised to helping builders get more visibility and find users

getting your first 100 users is the hardest part but @0xagarwal just broke it down perfectly at @MoveClubIN’s Aptos Winter School!
he broke it down into two approaches:
→ bottom-up: tight community loops, feedback, iteration
→ top-down: visibility, founder presence, and ecosystem marketing
the biggest takeaway?
“Give back what you need from the ecosystem you’re trying to get into”
that line hit.

- profile aesthetics
- writing cold DMs that actually work and
- the underrated “reply guy” strategy that creates real connections
the founder-led marketing bit really stood out too:

→ Share genuine value in replies
→ Build your name before chasing KOLs
loved how grounded and actionable the session was, especially for early builders trying to build reputation, trust, and community the right way
