A bit unclear what to do with my current $TRUMP position, it's marginally up but not hugely.
TRUMP DAT got announced today, we saw the huge move yesterday from insiders. very unusual price action overall because normally you see these insiders SLOWLY accumulate. You could see this with $IP, $ENA, and several others. It was in the charts, with slow twap buying/stairs up price action.
TRUMPs was way different- it was just a gigantic spike up followed by a grind down and now another move today with the news.
Did that insider just slam price assuming that the news drop today would send prices much much higher? I'm unsure. The insider bought in an inefficient way maybe because he was fairly late and didn't have time to twap buy like the other insider trades we've seen in the past.
Execution definitely unusual compared to other insider trades, that's the part that has me confused.
Normally, I would be selling my trump position. It's been a sell the news event every time with ENA , IP, and others (though IP kept going). So I should probably just dump it here and assume it'll likely retrace like the others. I think there's just something w. the execution of the insider though that has me a bit confused here.
