How do I navigate to the program?
On the app
On the home page, go to Main menu
Select the icon to access an expanded page with your profile, settings and shortcuts
Once you're at the Personal Center, proceed to the VIP landing page by selecting the VIP menu
Enter the VIP program page by selecting the VIP banner
Once you're on the landing page, you're able to submit your application
On the web
On the home page, select the More option and select VIP program
Load open the More menu and select VIP program from the list
You'll be redirected to the VIP landing page
Once you're on the landing page, you can submit your application
How do I qualify for the program?
You can qualify for the program based on any one of the following:
Trading Volume (Past 30 Days)
Spot, Futures, or Options trading volume is measured in USD equivalent.
VIP tiers start from VIP 1 and go up to VIP 9.

Asset Holdings
You can also qualify if you hold sufficient assets on our platform.
Starts at a minimum of 100,000 USD in assets for VIP 1.
How do I apply for it?
When you meet the requirement, your account is automatically upgraded. If you're already a VIP on Binance, Bybit, or another exchange platform, we may fast-track you to a matching tier. You’ll need to submit your past 30-day volume or asset proof. All you have to do is navigate to the VIP program page and submit your application.
The platform snapshots your trading volume and assets daily at 16:00 (UTC) and updates your VIP tier between 20:00–22:00 (UTC). Deposits of 1,000 USD or more will trigger an immediate tier review.
How does VIP trial work？

If you meet the requirements for VIP membership, you’ll join our trial program, which gives you the benefits of the tier 1 or 2 above the one you qualify for, up to VIP 6.
We’ll review your status every 30 days. If you meet the requirements for a different tier at the time of review, your tier will be automatically adjusted. During the first 30 days, your tier can’t be downgraded.
If you fall below the VIP 1 requirements at any trial review, your trial will end. You can reapply after 30 days.
Requirement
To qualify for VIP 1, you must either maintain a total asset value of at least USD 100,000, or achieve a 30-day trading volume of at least USD 1,000,000. Learn more.
How do I apply？
Regular users can apply for a membership trial card by providing proof of trading volume or deposited assets on another exchange.
