Dear diary, Today I tried Paraguayan mbeju. It's a type of starch cake. This one was topped with cheese and eggs. I paid with @joinpeanut and could not stop thinking about telling the world I could save $5-15 on every $100 spend vs using card. The mbeju was very buttery, which reminded me of how smooth it was to pay for this using peanut or why more people were not talking about it. Then, I enjoyed my cold drip coffee which did not remind me about peanut at all but nonetheless I still thought about peanut because it's all I think about. I should add this cafe to the peanut foodie guide. I cannot wait to go to Paraguay and try peanut there. Best Konrad
