the only two L2s that can compete with megaeth right now are base and arbitrum, but these two will be overtaken in no time
base is a behemoth supported by coinbase, but jesse is running it into the ground
arbitrum has first mover advantage, but they aren't doing anything new
all other L2s are not even worthy of being mentioned in the same sentence as mega
