펜들의 RWA 버젼?
근데 이거 꽤나 엄청난거 같은데...
둘 다 원금과 이자를 분리한다는 공통점이 있죠.
이자를 분리해서 Yield Trading이 가능하다는 것인데 펜들이 크립토 네이티브 이자(스테이킹 일드)에 집중되어 있다면
@stbl_official 은 RWA 이자에 집중되어 있다는 것입니다.
그러면 어떤 일이 가능해질까?
흔히 투자를 하면서 자주 볼 수 있는게 '미국채 이자율 변화'입니다.
보통 미국채를 좀 한다~라고하면 미국채 자체를 이자율에 따라 미국채 ETF등을 사고팔고 하게되죠.
그러나 @stbl_official 은 이걸 '이자만 거래'할 수 있게 되는 것입니다.
기존에 없던 완전히 새로운 시장, 상품의 탄생일 수 있겠습니다.

일반적으로 미국채 금리 인상/인하에 베팅하고 싶어도 접근 자체가 어려웠지만
$STBL 이 만들어내는 YLD(이자토큰)을 통해
- 미래 금리
- 미국채 단기금리 변화
- 수익률 곡선
에 대해 파생상품의 역할을 하게되고 "미국채 금리가 오를 것 같으면 YLD를 매수하고, 내릴 것 같으면 YLD를 매도" 같은 트레이딩이 가능해집니다.
새로운 아비트라지 전략, 새로운 헷징방식이 탄생할 수 있는 꽤나 재밌는 순간 아닌가 싶습니다.
