Hello~ While Pengu is building the building to register for RWA, I’m going to dig into @Novastro_xyz. There are many projects that just throw around terms like RWA, multi-chain, AI compliance and say, "We put real assets on-chain," right? Novastro is not just a team that does marketing among them, but a team that has actually designed the structure to fit that direction. So to summarize, there’s more to say than I thought. ⭐What does Novastro do? In one sentence: It creates infrastructure that allows real assets (RWA) to be tokenized, bought, sold, and managed on the blockchain. But it’s not just a one-off project like "We make real estate tokens~ We make gold tokens~"; it aims to establish itself as a modular RWAfi layer that can produce those as standard products and operate across multiple chains. The team refers to themselves as "an Ethereum-aligned (modular) RWA finance layer that has automated regulatory compliance with AI." ⭐Why is this necessary? Traditional assets (real estate, gold, art, income-generating debts/loans, etc.) have two main issues: 1. Lack of liquidity You can only buy and sell a property in units of 100 million won, but buying just 370,000 won worth of a piece is generally difficult. 2. Regulatory / trust / ownership proof issues "Am I really the owner of this gold?" or "Do I receive the rental income from this building?" These need to be legally proven. Novastro aims to solve both of these issues simultaneously: - It tokenizes assets = solving the liquidity problem - Those tokens are not just a number game; they are monitored/guaranteed by a legally enforceable structure (like SPV*) that is 1:1 connected to actual off-chain assets = solving trust/regulatory issues. (*Note: SPV stands for Special Purpose Vehicle, which refers to a separate legal entity or organization established to achieve a specific purpose. It is often used in finance to pool capital and distribute risk for specific purposes such as asset securitization, real estate investment, and venture capital. It effectively separates the original company's assets, liabilities, or risks for management.) In simple terms, it’s not just about "wrapping RWA nicely and putting it on the blockchain"; it’s more about "ensuring that the wrapping is legally enforceable by including contracts/compliance."
